Governance Pact
The rules every deliverable follows
The Governance Pact is the set of commitments that apply to every artifact we produce, regardless of format or audience.
- Each claim has a source, confidence level, and usage rules
- Stats are footnoted and traceable
- A do-not-use list exists for weak or outdated stats
- Review gates and assumptions are documented before delivery
- Confidentiality and conflicts are handled before work begins
Verity Standard
How we test what we ship
The Verity Standard is our claims-testing protocol. It defines how every non-trivial assertion is sourced, graded, and cleared before it enters a deliverable.
Source traceability
Every claim maps to at least one primary or authoritative source.
Confidence grading
Claims are graded by evidence strength. Low-confidence claims are flagged or excluded.
Usage rules
Each claim carries explicit rules: where it can be cited, who approved it, and when it expires.
What we are not
- Not operational security practitioners. We produce decision-support artifacts, not security operations.
- Not an audit, attestation, or certification provider. Our deliverables support decisions but do not replace formal assurance.
- Not legal or accounting advice.
- Not a guarantee of prevention. We help organizations make better-informed decisions under constraints.
